For those of us who are following a strict bodybuilding fat loss diet in order to look our best during the summer, sugar cravings control is a must. While with the right bodybuilding diet real physical sugar cravings can be eliminated, except when you are extremely low in body fat (as in below 6%), there are a few things that one can do to maximize sugar cravings control

Ways to Deal with Sugar Cravings

Creatine is a nutrient naturally found in all our bodies. It is a combination of 3 amino acids; arginine, glycine and methionine. Creatine helps provide the energy our muscles need to move, particularly quick and explosive movements. Muscle contraction is initially fuelled by ATP (adenosine-triphosphate ).

Make liberal use of vegetables throughout the day. Vegetables provide fiber, which not only helps with digestion, but also increases your metabolism and provides a feeling of fullness. I eat as much as 1 bag in some of the later meals of the day.

Drink up.
